Are the BEST materials being used for my job?
Socelvic uses only top line products from all major manufacturers. For Painting we use Sherwin Williams Paints and Benjamim Moore. Construction grade Materials and Lumber will be select grade with customer approval of styles & finishes.
For In/Exterior Painting Services, is the surface prepared properly?
Socelvic power washes, sands, scrapes, sand, caulks, prime and does whatever it takes to properly prepare any surface, because if the surface is not prepared properly, the job will fail.

Architects and designers main source of income comes from the drawings not the construction. Over 95% of the projects Socelvic designs get built. This is mainly because you know the budget before the designs are drawn and paid for.

When doing business with Socelvic Company you are free to choose what aspects of the project you want help with. Either Socelvic or Customer provide the materials you will pay contractor price guaranteed.
How does Socelvic bill for work?
All service payment terms will be spelled out in our contract terms. All contract work is billed in multiple payments. Small payments to initiate and start are paid when we start the process and reserve a spot in our schedule and when the work starts.

How do I get a reference?
Socelvic is proud of its excellent references. We will provide references on request so long as the references are used as the final qualifier. We respect our clients' time and privacy and wish to limit the number of calls for references they field. If you have decided that Socelvic is the company you would like to work with, so long as up to three of our references check out, we will cheerfully provide them to you.
